WAVETEK Industrial’s Heavy-Duty Series Multimeters are built of tough, fire retardant thermoplastic, with all sensitive components shock-mounted. Waterproof construction prevents dirt, grime and moisture from entering the case. Dependability is enhanced by extra overload protection. All voltage ranges can withstand transients up to 6KV. Resistance ranges are protected to 600 volts and current ranges are protected by a 2 amp/600 volt fuse and a 15 amp/600 volt high energy fuse. Calibration is guaranteed for one year. The one year no-fault warranty covers all damage to the meter other than outright abuse, including electrical overloads.
