The FG2 Function Generator offers a variety of high performance capabilities including fast, easy pushbutton selection of power, frequency range and waveform. Standard outputs include both TTL pulse outputs and an adjustable low impedance output that provides low distortion sine, square or triangle wave signals. Duty cycle control. The FG3B Sweep Function Generator features outstanding versatility and performance with five signals available: sine wave, triangle wave, square wave, ZTTL and CMOS pulse outputs. The FG3B can provide linear or logarithmic sweep of any of the selected signal outputs, or perform either amplitude or frequency modulation with internal or external modulating frequencies. Duty cycle control allows the 50% duty cycle of the output signals to be changed to any desired value, which can be used to produce short duration pulses or sawtooth (ramp) signals. The invert button allows you to change polarity of the signal. A built-in 5-digit frequency counter eliminates the need to connect an external counter for accurate verification of frequency settings. In addition, it can be used as a stand alone counter for measuring external signals up to 10MHz with excellent accuracy and 25mV sensitivity. A voltage controlled frequency option allows the user to vary frequency as a function of the VCF input. A switchable 20dB output attentuator is available where low signal levels are needed.
