A flexible crosslinked polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing that recovers to 50% its original diameter when heated to 120 degrees C. or higher. During shrinking, the tubing will encapsulate the covered item. This material is rated for continuous use from -55 degrees C. to 135 degrees C. Typical uses include splices, wire bundling, markers, harnessing, stress relief, terminations, etc.

Offers excellent chemical, corrosion, oil, and heat resistance. Conforms to MIL-1-23053/5 Class 1 and AMS 3636.

Dual Wall Polyolefin Tubing with Internal Meltable Sealant

MIL 1-23053/4 AMS 3634. A heat shrinkable crosslinked polyolefin tubing with an internal meltable sealant. When heated to 115 degrees C. or higher, the tubing will shrink to more than half its original diameter. As it shrinks, the internal meltable sealant melts and physically encapsulates the covered item. This tubing is especially valuable for applications in high humidity and corrosive environments. Other applications include: strain relief, wire splices, breakouts, connections, solder joints, delicate wire terminations and end sealing of cables and tubing. Continuous operating temperature is -55 degrees C. to 110 degrees C.

Class 105 Heat Shrinkable Polyvinyl Chloride Tubing

MIL 1-23053/2 Class 2 UL-224 105 Degrees C. VW-1 AMS 3579

A polyvinyl chloride heat shrinkable tubing that when heated to 120 degrees C. or higher, will shrink to 50% of its original diameter. While shrinking, the tubing will encapsulate and assume the contours of the covered item. This low cost tubing is used for wire splices, diodes, markers, resistors, terminations, CB antennas, and numerous consumer applications. The tubing has outstanding dielectric and mechanical properties and is oil and chemical resistant. Continuous operating temperature is -35 degrees C. to 105 degrees C. CVC meets MIL 1-23053/2 Class 2 requirements.
